This week, Ms. Hernandez, 3rd grade students learned about 5-Digit & 6-Digit Numbers. Students learned how to compose and decompose numbers up to 100,000. Students had fun using objects, pictorial models and numbers, including expanded notation.

We are thrilled to announce that our talented 4th graders have successfully completed a fun-filled week of swimming lessons! Over the past week, they have honed their swimming skills, gained confidence in the water, and most importantly, had a blast while doing it.

Mrs. Villarreal’s 5th grade class visited the science lab this week. Students were learning about electrical circuits. In the science lab they tested electrical conductivity, then created series and parallel circuits. Students had a blast learning how electrical circuits work.
