In addition to managing books, school librarians are essential instructors. They facilitate technological integration, assist students in assessing reliable sources, teach research and information literacy skills, work with educators to improve learning, and establish welcoming environments for all students. Librarians play a crucial role in educating kids for college, professions, and responsible engagement in a digital world by fostering a love of reading and critical thinking.
